I too, can take my shirt off and shoulder carry a damn big log across my property, but I have better sense and use machinery. They do yoga, heavy lifting for their 'project montages.' But they seem to suck at it, and do things inefficiently, sometimes just to do things in a way to show off their physical fitness.
